In the Celtic tradition, Anam Cara means "soul friend"—a guiding presence that fosters deep connection, authenticity, and self-discovery.
Traditionally, an anam cara was someone with whom you could share your innermost thoughts, reflecting the belief that true friendship mirrors the relationship we cultivate with ourselves.

Moving through the forest at a slow, deliberate pace, being present in the moment, letting go of worries and distractions and opening your senses to the forest around you.
